Dr. Parag Khanna gave the keynote speech at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum preceded by the official opening by Russian deputy prime minister Dmitry Kozak. He lectured on how Russia can benefit from the rise of Asia and growing Eurasian trade. He also gave a lecture for students at Siberian Federal University.
