Dr. Parag Khanna delivered the closing keynote address at the Asia-Pacific Programme for Senior National Security Officers (APPSNO) in Singapore on the theme of geopolitical resilience. He explored how national security extends beyond the military domain to include social cohesion, climate adaptation, supply chain optionality, cyber security, and mass migration. He further elaborated on how scenario planning is a crucial tool to capture the potential directions a more complex system may take.
