At the ANDI annual congress in Cartagena, Colombia, Dr. Parag Khanna gave a keynote speech laying out the new geopolitical realities of regional spheres of influence and how Colombia can continue to practice multi-alignment to ensure it benefits from its relations with the US, Europe and China. He also emphasized the need for robust infrastructure investment to reduce spatial inequality in the Andean region.
