Geopolitics has become a tug of war for tech supremacy, argued Dr. Parag Khanna in his keynote speech for the Singapore Computer Society’s annual summit. He pointed to the interplay of geopolitics, geoeconomics and geotechnology in shaping the battlefield on which “competitive connectivity” will determine the winners and losers.
