Dr. Parag Khanna gave a keynote at the Asian Leadership Forum (ALF) retreat in Bali on whether Asia will shape the world or be shaped by it. His presentation examined how successive global shocks have deepened Asian integration through trade, investment and infrastructure. He also explored how capital allocation to AI infrastructure, climate adaptation and affordable housing can address market failures and support inclusive economic growth.
